We appreciate the chiefs and people of Busua, Upper and Lower Dixcove for their warm reception and engagement yesterday.

We are glad to confirm that we notified them of the impending rehabilitation works on the Busua Bridge, a key infrastructure that serves both Busua and Dixcove communities, together with others around the tourism enclave.

We assured them that myself and our Hon. MP, Mavis Kuukua Bissue have a commitment to ensuring the works are completed efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruptions to their daily activities and we look forward to working together to deliver this important project.

The Busua Bridge has been a project that has been on the wish list for a long time. During our 2020 and 2024 campaigns, we assured the people that when NDC is back in power, it will be fixed and we are happy to announce today that the project will start on Tuesday, 16th December 2025 and be completed on 31st January 2026.

Daughter Of The Great Whale 🐋 Hon Mavis Kukuaa Bissue Boateng MP For Ahanta West Constituency Writes;
I am happy to announce that we are opening applications for the Ayindamaanle Education Trust Fund (AETF) today.
In this first year, we are prioritizing brilliant but needy students from Ahanta West who are or want to study medicine, law, Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics, Ahanta Language studies and specific courses of studies as may be deemed worthy of support.
Through this scholarship scheme, we are hoping to produce a new set of professionals who would return to our dear constituency to contribute to its development.
Applications would be open from today, 24th of November 2025 and close on the 8th of December 2025.
The Board of Trustees that I put in place to help me deliver this scheme would receive, review and select the most qualified students fairly represented from the 36 electoral areas that make up our dear constituency.
Applications are to be emailed or hand-delivered to my office in Agona-Nkwanta.
