Governance is measured by how a nation treats its essential workers.
When teachers and nurses go unpaid, it signals failure in planning and priority setting.
The NDC’s philosophy has always emphasized inclusive growth, social protection, and respect for labour.
Ghana deserves leadership that reflects these values in action, not words.

1 Failure to Pay Teachers and Nurses on Time
Government allowing teachers and nurses to work for months — even years — without salaries. These are not volunteers. They are professionals rendering essential services, yet they are treated as an afterthought.

A government that cannot pay those who educate children and save lives has failed in its basic duty.

2 Poor Planning and Broken Promises
Recruitment is announced with fanfare, but no proper financial planning follows. Financial clearances expire, payroll processes delay endlessly, and excuses replace solutions

This shows lack of seriousness, poor coordination, and weak leadership.

This page exists to engage concerned citizens who believe politics must be guided by maturity, humility, and respect for the people we serve. It is deeply unfortunate that, after many years in public life, some leaders still fail to learn from the evolving political atmosphere and the standards expected of parliamentary leadership. Publicly mentioning names of individuals allegedly assisted with employment on a radio platform is reckless and unnecessary; acts of service should never be used for self-praise or public validation. Leadership is about impact, not noise; true service speaks for itself. We strongly condemn such conduct and reaffirm our belief in politics anchored in humility, results, and respect for the dignity of our people. Damongo deserves leadership that focuses on development, unity, and quiet service, not public grandstanding.
