We have re-awarded the contract for the completion of the Astroturf project at the School of Hygiene, which had stalled due to financial constraints.

As part of the process, we have introduced the new contractor to the project site to officially commence the completion works. This marks an important step towards bringing the long-awaited project to completion.

Upon completion, the facility will provide a modern sporting environment for students and the wider community, promoting sports development, recreation, and healthy living.

We are committed to completing stalled projects and delivering infrastructure that benefits our people.

The Hoviefe Road is currently undergoing graveling and reshaping works to improve its condition and enhance accessibility for residents, farmers, motorists, and other road users.

The intervention forms part of ongoing efforts to improve the road network and provide safer and more reliable access to communities within the Municipality.

Last week’s clean-up exercise in the Ho Municipality was massive and one of the most successful sanitation exercises we have witnessed in recent times.

The impressive turnout and active participation from residents, staff, community leaders, businesses and other stakeholders demonstrated our collective commitment to keeping Ho clean, healthy and beautiful.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who contributed to this success. Together, we can build a cleaner, healthier and more beautiful Ho Municipality.

Today, myself together with my MP Hon. Edem Kpotosu, and the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Henry YaoAmesimeku, had the privilege of handing over 900 mono and dual desks, together with 50 teachers’ tables and chairs to the Municipal Education Director Mrs. Esther Yeboah-Dzimah YEBOAH for onward distribution to various schools across the Ho Municipality.

This intervention forms part of our continued commitment to improving the teaching and learning environment in our schools and ensuring that both teachers and pupils have the basic furniture needed for effective teaching and learning.

We remain committed to investing in education and creating a better learning environment for the children of the Ho Municipality.

Better Facilities. Better Learning. Better Future.

As I mark one year and some months in office as your Municipal Chief Executive, I consider it prudent and necessary to come before you, Chiefs and Queenmothers, to account for my stewardship and brief you on the progress we have made so far.

This engagement is also an opportunity to share with you the various development projects being undertaken across the Municipality, acknowledge the challenges we have encountered, and seek your continued guidance, support, and partnership as we work together to improve the lives of our people.

Thank you all for Honoring this very important invitation.
