MINI FLOOD INCIDENT FOLLOWING HEAVY RAINFALL
The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), Krachi West Municipal Office, wishes to inform the general public that following approximately three (3) hours of continuous rainfall on Tuesday, 30th June, 2026, a mini flood occurred in some parts of the municipality, particularly around the Cash Oil Filling Station and around the Omankrado residence.

NADMO urges residents, especially those living in flood-prone areas, to remain vigilant during periods of heavy rainfall. The public is advised to avoid walking or driving through floodwaters, ensure that drains around their homes and businesses are kept free from obstruction, and promptly report any flood related emergencies to the Municipal NADMO Office.
The safety and well-being of residents remain our utmost priority, and we assure the public of our continued commitment to disaster prevention, preparedness, and response.
