CAGD's new E-Payslip system has picked up mismatches between the Ghana Card (NIA) numbers on the payroll and employees' actual NIA records. Some staff have no NIA number on file at all. If this affects you, you won't be able to access your payslip.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ: Contact your institution's HR department to confirm your NIA details are correct. If there's an error or your number is missing, HR must apply for a correction along with an authorisation letter from your Head of Institution, submitted to CAGD for validation.
Physical NIA cards are no longer needed for this process, per the National Identity Register (Amended) Regulations, 2026 (L.I. 2523).
๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐: Employees without valid NIA details on the payroll system will have their salaries suspended from 15th September, 2026.
Don't wait until the last minute. Check your details today.
