Who is a Leader? A leader is a person characterized with the abilities to represent , Speak and stand for his people , society , community and organization. This very person does not only give instructions but rather part takes in every activity that is been initiated by himself or any other group or an individual . He also sees to it that whatever plan that is initiated turns out to be successful.
