On Tuesday and Wednesday ,10th and 11th January respectively, we received our partners from Towson University in Maryland, USA and Catalyst Academy. The visit was to strengthen our cordial ties and give them an insight on some of the projects embarked on and those we are currently on. During the study tour, the students volunteered at the Kafuta Junior and Senior Secondary Library. They participated in sporting games with members of Jarisu Talents. They also visited FarabaSutu Women’s garden, where they participated in an information sharing session with the women Kafoo of the village on how they grow crops, support their families and provide fresh produce for the local market.
