Το κρητικό χοντροαλεσμένο σιτάρι συνδυάζεται με τα φρέσκα λαχανικά και τα αρώματα της Κρήτης ενώ τα μύδια δίνουν τον θαλασσινό τόνο στη γεύση!
Ένας αρμονικός συνδυασμός γήινων και θαλασσινών υλικών - μαγειρεμένα με κρητικό ελαιόλαδο!
