蝦仔爹地 -Hello Buddy- 由社區投資共享基金資助，香港基督教女青年會長者持續教育中心主辦，「? 計劃由社區投資共享基金資助，於2013至2016年度開展。
邀請50歲或以上退休人士帶領中學生進行社區探訪搜集人情故事、撰寫旅遊小冊子，及後推行九龍城區導賞團，期間兩代人也可以互相彌補不足、建立真摯感情，成為好拍檔。
