We believe “Female is unique, and has own calling to serve.” Less discrimination, more love around everyone is our philosophy operating the company, and enhancing the sustainability of the female’s humanity. Now, we are unifying our owned community via the human resource management to prepare for the application of mission-based community, as well as integrating the services of recruitment, coaching, training, facilitating, as well as the professional and continuing education, as the hybrid platform, to the organizations, corporates, and citizens. 關於 FlexiCommunity 社會企業

自2015年9年以來，我們默默耕耘一直在提供服務予企業和女性從未間斷。最近，FlexiMom Social Enterprise 獲得各企業的支援在此致謝，為了更有效透過社會企業支援民生 (尤其是整體的女性社群的支援，綻放女性權益及協助提升社會動力)，現進行第二次的升級轉型由 FlexiMom Social Enterprise 正式成為 FlexiCommunity Social Enterprise 社會企業，感恩沿途有您每一位的支持。社會企業核心價值鏈及相關服務將維持不變。

2024年我們邀請多位專業人士來自不同的企業及初創，成功把原創媒體機構「 飛媽生活 」及 行銷企業「 MaMa Power 」展開企業架構重組及品牌升級轉型，正式申請社會企業特此名命「 FlexiMom Social Enterprise 」現正進入2.0階段。社企提供給予女性的服務包括但不限於招聘、職涯規劃、持續學習、個人成長、友伴關愛及社交活動，同時亦貫徹「飛媽生活」和「 MaMa Power 」的業務提供行銷服務予機構及企業，讓女性一展專業所長及創造成就。
