一位病人，連續10個月到藥房取藥，帶回家卻原封不動。
這是香港首位巴基斯坦裔註冊藥劑師 Yasir Luqman 親身見證的真實個案。一名少數族裔愛滋病患者因為無法向醫生說明用藥後的嚴重副作用，結果停了十個月的藥。
這次經歷促使 Yasir 創辦 Medi Help，更有幸獲社創基金（SIE Fund）及樂施會（Oxfam Hong Kong）資助，為少數族裔長期病患者提供藥物諮詢服務。

A patient collected medication from the pharmacy for 10 consecutive months, yet never opened a single box.
This is the real-life case witnessed by Yasir Luqman, Hong Kong's first registered pharmacist of Pakistani origin. An HIV patient stopped taking his medication for ten whole months simply because he couldn't communicate the severe side effects to his doctor.
This experience drove Yasir to found Medi Help, with funding support from the SIE Fund and Oxfam Hong Kong, providing medication consultation services for ethnic minority patients with chronic conditions.
