Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi movement claimed on Thursday that it struck a Saudi Aramco refinery in Jazan with two drones, marking the third attack on the facility in recent weeks. The refinery has a processing capacity of approximately 400,000 barrels per day and has been offline since a previous Houthi strike on July 27. The Houthis said the attack was in response to Saudi violations of Yemeni airspace. Saudi authorities have not yet commented. Oil prices pared losses following the attack.
