Day 2 of an admirable challenge and I'm feeling honoured to be supporting Pat Divilly in achieving his goal of completing his first triathlon with only 10 days of swim coaching. Yesterday we focused on mastering the basics. Today Pat was challenged to attempt a 400metre time trial...done and dusted in an impressive time. It's great to work with someone with such a gung-ho attitude to getting things done! More to follow...

What we will endeavour to do with our page here is keep you up to date on all things related to swimming, health and fitness, how our classes are progressing, and also there will be some motivational articles and nutritional advice and how it relates to the sport of swimming both for the competitive athlete as well as the recreational swimmer.
