Rainbow Clubhouse is an innovative, member led community based model for people with mental health difficulties.

Membership is open to anyone with a history of Mental Health Difficulties. Members of the clubhouse are given the opportunity to join a world of friendship and ongoing support while on their recovery journey. We encourage and motivate each other through the ups and downs that life throws at us.

This month's Together Talks focused on Being Sun Smart, with a fantastic presentation from our local Health Promotion Officer.

A huge thank you for sharing practical tips to help us stay safe in the sun—and for generously gifting us sunscreen, sun safety signage, and a sunscreen dispenser to help keep our community protected. ♥️
