A HALLOWEEN THEMED SPOOKY AREA ON THE PARADE ROUTE AROUND THE VILLAGE, HAVE A GROUP/ FLASH MOB OR FLOAT JOIN IN ON THE NIGHT OF THIS COMMUNITY HALLOWEEN EVENT OR HELP OUT IN OTHERWAYS
