❤️ FREE FIRST AID & LIFE-SAVING TRAINING ❤️

We are delighted to support our club member, Aiden Thompson, who is giving up his own free time to provide this FREE 4-hour First Aid & Life-Saving Training Course to members of our local community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn practical skills that could one day save the life of a loved one, a friend, a colleague — or even a stranger.
The course will cover:
🫀 Recognition of heart attack & stroke
📞 How and when to make an emergency call
💊 The safe administration of aspirin
❤️ CPR
⚡ The safe use of a defibrillator

📅 Saturday 12th September
⏰ Group 1: 9:30am–1:00pm
⏰ Group 2: 2:00pm–5:30pm
📍 The Base, Railway Road, Stranorlar
☕ 4 hours FREE training, including tea & coffee break.

Places are limited, so booking is advised.

Postnatal Strength & Fitness for Mums
Starting Monday 8th September, we’re launching REBUILD — a new class designed specifically for mums who are ready to return to strength and fitness after having a baby💪🏼🤍

This isn’t about “bouncing back”

It’s about building back

Building your strength
Building your confidence
Getting moving again

And having a little bit of time in your week that’s for YOU

👶 Baby is absolutely welcome — bring them along or come on your own

🏋🏼‍♀️ Suitable for mums returning to training
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays @ 11am
🙌🏼 Choose 1 or 2 classes per week
🗓️ Classes are purchased in class packs of 4 or 8 classes

MEET YOUR COACH — CIARA ❤️

Ciara will be leading REBUILD and brings first-hand experience to the class. As a new mum herself, she returned to strength and fitness training before the summer, so she understands that getting back into exercise after having a baby can feel very different.

Expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace — no pressure and no expectations about where you “should” be

Next Tuesday 8th is the opening day of Delilah’s Coffee Truck, the newest addition to Drumkeen!
