🚨 Two Emergency Call-Outs Today for Doolin Coast Guard 🚨

It was a busy day for the Doolin unit of the Irish Coast Guard, with two separate taskings:

1️⃣ We were tasked with a cliff search and rescue operation at Aill Na Searrach, Cliffs of Moher. Following a coordinated search with the National Ambulance Service, Ennistymon Garda and Rescue 115, the missing walker was located and safely airlifted to hospital with minor injuries.

2️⃣ We were tasked to assist with a medical emergency involving a young child on the Lahinch promenade, supporting the National Ambulance Service, Clare County Council Lifeguards and Ennistymon Garda on scene.

🚨Recent Callouts & Taskings – IRCG Doolin Unit 🚨

Over the past few weeks, our Doolin team has responded to numerous incidents in various locations along the coast, working closely with our colleagues in Rescue 115, Aran Islands Lifeboat, An Garda Síochána, Clare Fire Service, the National Ambulance Service and in the last few days Clare Civil Defence.

We are also continuously training in between these callouts and taskings.

Doolin Coast Guard encourages everyone to take extra care and stay safe when enjoying our coastline.
