Papergirl is a non-commercial art project, a new way to distribute and show art outside the confines of galleries, into the street. Papergirl began in Berlin in 2006 and has since traveled to over 20 cities worldwide. Art is collected via open call, exhibited for free and then distributed via bicycle to innocent unsuspecting bystanders (like a classic paperboy). Artists of all ages and abilities are encouraged to donate pieces to be exhibited and distributed.
