CELEBRATE DEMOCRACY
Why would you vote before noon on Friday May 24th?
Show the county, the country and the world that we value our right to vote! This is an impact vote, to show that you care about your community, about democracy, about freedom and you want to show the world that voter participation is key to real democracy.
Cast your vote in the Local and European elections this Friday May 24th before Noon (If not possible, please vote as early as you can). Maximum voter turnout is needed to show our community strength.
In 2016, Louisburgh had 55% turnout of voters by noon and 77% overall at close of poll.
Can our community beat these figures in 2019? Yes we can!
GET OUT AS A COMMUNITY AND HAVE FUN WHILE DOING OUR CIVIC DUTY

3. Advise and encourage young voters to cast their vote as a matter of great
importance.
4. Celebrate your right to vote at the polling station with refreshments and chat
with your neighbours.
5. Watch and listen as the results are divulged.
