Africa 3030

Africa 3030 Africa 3030 supports children and wildlife in Africa "Africa 2030" is a grassroots organization, established in 2014, in Israel.

Its members include an international group of people – African and non-African – who care deeply about Africa's future and want to help both people and wildlife, which the organization sees as interconnected. "Africa 2030" believes there is only one long-term, sustainable solution to Africa's current challenges – to support and develop local community and environmental leadership that will lead lo

cal communities and the environment to prosperity. "Africa 2030" identifies local leaders – community activists and conservationists – and provides them with the necessary tools and support necessary to achieve their goals. Driven by the belief that the future of the environment depends on people and the future of people depends on the environment, "Africa 2030" seeks to develop projects that promote both in a harmonious and mutually beneficial way. We truly believe that Africa has the potential of becoming a prosperous, ecologically balanced continent, which could serve as a model for the entire world.

Thank you OLAM, and especially Naomi Lipstein, for writing this beautiful blog and shedding light on the daily struggle to survive, which hundreds of our participants are facing. Hopefully, people around the world will become aware of the endless struggle of the Congolese people for freedom, safety and peace.

When Africa 2030 officially launched as an NGO in 2014 in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, its vision was to develop community-driven conservation projects across Africa. However, as founder Ariel Kedem and his team immersed themselves in the region, and began to understand th...

🚨 URGENT: Rebel Forces Approaching Our Community 🚨

The Rwanda-backed M23 rebel group is advancing fast. Yesterday, they took Nyabibwe—just 50 km from us. If they keep moving, they could be here within days.

This region has suffered for years—millions displaced, thousands killed. Despite claims of a ceasefire, the violence is only spreading. We are doing everything possible to keep our team, families, and community safe, but we don’t know what comes next.

This isn’t just war—it’s about control over the minerals that power the world’s technology (cobalt, gold, coltan). As long as the chaos continues, these resources remain cheap—and people here continue to pay the price.

We are not giving up. We’re here, standing with the people of this region. But we need your help to prepare for what’s ahead.
