MUJERES HISPNOHABLANTES EN LA KNESSET
Somos un grupo de mujeres inmigrantes en Israel con necesidades comunes (no político, ni religioso), que hemos decidido llevar nuestra voz al Parlamento israelí, la Knesset. Tenemos en agenda cuatro objetivos iniciales:
1. Hebreo para todos/as, enseñanza del idioma al alcance de fácil acceso a través de plataformas digitales, flexible en tiempos, costo y necesidades (incluyendo para personas y niños con necesidades especiales).
2. Explicar a los padres y madres las etapas del sistema educativo en Israel hasta llegar al servicio militar obligatorio. Así mismo los derechos y beneficios de los niños/as con necesidades especiales.
3. Traducción de información relevante en servicios públicos, como se hace en otros idiomas, más no en español.
4. Herramientas necesarias para la integración femenina al mercado laboral israelí.
Con estos primeros objetivos, llegamos el 20.03.2023 a la Knesset donde fuimos recibidas por la Diputada Pnina Tamano-Shata (Presidenta de la comisión del desarrollo de la mujer e igualdad de género) y el Parlamentario Alon Shuster.

נשים דוברות ספרדית בכנסת
אנחנו קבוצה של נשים עולות בישראל עם צרכים משותפים (לא פוליטיים, לא דתיים), שהחליטו להשמיע את קולנו לפרלמנט הישראלי, לכנסת. יש לנו ארבע יעדים ראשוניים על סדר היום:
1. עברית לכולם, הוראת שפה בהישג יד של גישה נוחה דרך פלטפורמות דיגיטליות, גמישות בזמן, עלות וצרכים (כולל לאנשים וילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים).
2. להסביר להורים את השלבי מערכת החינוך בישראל עד הגעה לצבע. כמו כן, הזכויות וההטבות של ילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים.
3. תרגום מידע רלוונטי בשירותים ציבוריים, כפי שנעשה בשפות אחרות, אך לא בספרדית.
4. כלים להשתלבות נשית בשוק העבודה הישראלי.
עם היעדים הראשונים הללו, הגענו לכנסת ב-20.03.2023 שם קיבלו אותנו חה"כ פנינה תמנו-שאטה יו"ר הוועדה לקידום מעמד האישה ולשוויון מגדרי, והפרלמנטר אלון שוסטר.
SPANISH-SPEAKING WOMEN IN THE KNESSET
We are a group of immigrant women in Israel with common needs (not political, not religious).
who have decided to take our voice to the Israeli Parliament, the Knesset.
We have four initial objectives on the agenda:
1. Hebrew for all, language teaching within the reach of easy access through digital platforms, flexible in time, cost and needs (including for people and children with special needs).
2. Explain to the parents all the stages of the educational system in Israel until military service. Likewise, the rights and benefits of children with special needs.
3. Translation of relevant information in public services, as is done in other languages, but not in Spanish.
4. Necessary tools for female integration into the Israeli labor market.
With these first objectives, we arrived at the Knesset on 03.20.2023 where we were received by Deputy Pnina Tamano-Shata (President of the commission for the development of women and gender equality) and Parliamentarian Alon Shuster.
