Talib Hussain Reaches Kokernag , Expresses Faith in Crime Branch Probe ⚖️

Talib Hussain arrived in Kashmir along with around 20–30 people from Chatroo, Kishtwar, and Addresses a Press Conference Regarding the Chatroo–Gurinal Incident.

During the Press Conference, he Expressed Confidence in the Crime Branch, J&K Police, which is now Investigating the Case. He said they would Continue to Monitor the Progress of the Investigation from time to time to ensure that the victim and her Family receive Justice.

Talib also stated that, according to Information available to him, the Crime Branch has reportedly arrested 27 Persons in Connection with FIR No. 34 at Police Station Chatroo.

The case was Registered under Provisions of the POCSO Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Following Public Demands and notices, provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act were also reportedly added.

⚖️ The Priority now is clear: a fair, Transparent, Impartial and Time-Bound Investigation, with Accountability strictly According to Law.

⚖️ Gurinall Ki Mazloom Beti Ke Liye Insaaf Ki Umeed — Talib Hussain Ki Jadd-o-Jehad Rang Laayi

Gurinall, Chatroo, Kishtwar ke ek nihayat sensitive aur afsosnaak case mein ek aham peshraft saamne aayi hai. Musalsal awaami awaaz aur insaaf ke mutalbe ke baad case ki investigation Crime Branch, Jammu & Kashmir Police ke hawale kar di gayi hai.

Reports ke mutabiq, ek kam-sin tribal bachi ke saath alleged sexual abuse ka mamla saamne aaya tha, jiske baad pregnancy aur delivery ke dauran bachi aur newborn ki maut ki reports saamne aayin. Mamla nihayat sensitive hai, isliye har pehlu ki fair, transparent, impartial aur speedy investigation zaroori hai.

Is case mein ghareeb aur mazloom family ki awaaz ko authorities tak pohanchane aur transparent investigation ka mutalba karne walon mein Talib Hussain ki awaaz bhi numaya rahi. Unhon ne Gurinall pahunch kar case ko ground level par uthaya aur lagataar yeh demand rakhi ke investigation kisi bhi pressure ya influence se baala-tar hokar honi chahiye.

Aaj Crime Branch ko investigation transfer hona ek important step hai — lekin yeh insaaf ki manzil nahi, balki insaaf ki taraf ek qadam hai.

Ab zaroori hai ke:

🔹 Har pehlu ki gehrai se jaanch ho.
🔹 Investigation bilkul impartial aur transparent ho.
🔹 Kisi bhi pressure ya influence ko investigation par haavi na hone diya jaye.
🔹 Agar allegations sabit hote hain to zimmedar afraad ke khilaf qanoon ke mutabiq sakht karwai ho.
🔹 Mazloom family ko poora insaaf aur legal protection diya jaye.
🔹 Investigation ko be-wajah delay na kiya jaye.

PDP Larnoo Kokernag mazloomon ke haq, insaaf aur accountability ki awaaz ke saath khari hai.

Gurinall ki is mazloom beti ke liye insaaf sirf ek family ka mutalba nahi — yeh har us shakhs ki awaaz hai jo chahta hai ke qanoon sab ke liye barabar ho.
