Jon Jandai explains why 'Life is Easy'."Before I thought that stupid people like me … cannot have a house… because people who are cleverer than me and get a job need to work for 30 years to have a house. But for me, who cannot finish university, how can I have a house. It's hopeless for people who have low education like me. But when I start to do earthen buildings, it's so easy! I spent two hours per day… and in 3 months I have a house. A friend who was the most clever in the class he has a house too but he has to be in debt for 30 years, so compared to him I have 29 years and 10 months of free time. I feel life is so easy."

"When I went back home, I started to live like when I remember, like when I was a kid. I started to work two months a year. I got four tons of rice. And then the whole family, six people, we eat less than half a ton per year. So we can sell some rice"
Life is easy. Why do we make it so hard?

Come June 4th and this young lad, a cycling enthusiast and a TCP member will attempt to do his bit for the environment by cycling continuously for 24 hours!
This remarkable feat will see him cycle the length and breadth of Bangalore, in his attempt to 'put the tree back in Bangalore'.
The route covers a distance of 240km and passes through a variety of landscapes; from the pristine grasslands of Hessarghetta to the concrete jungles of central Bangalore.

The Conservation Project wishes Ganesh TL a happy discovery!
Come join him on the 4th of June at 5pm at MG Road!

Psst, you can join him in his attempt! Send us a mail at [email protected] or just inbox us and we'l send you the details.
