Post: Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

📌 Role Purpose

The CHRO will be responsible for overall Human Resource functions including:

Designing HR processes, policies & systems

Organizational development & change management

Recruitment strategy & workforce planning

Performance management, training & development

Managing HR tools and vendors

Handling grievances, benefits, and incentives

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📌 Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have:
✔ MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management (full-time)
OR
✔ Master’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Social Work or equivalent

🧠 Experience Requirements

✔ 15–20 years of progressively responsible experience in HR leadership.
✔ Experience in large organisations / PSUs / Government environment preferred.
✔ Strong background in training & development and multi-stakeholder management.

⚙️ Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to handle high workload and prioritise tasks

Thought leadership in HR management practices

Experience with public sector HR policies and guidelines

🗓 Contract & Pay

✔ Age limit: Not exceeding 55 years (relaxation as per rules)
✔ Pay: ₹35–40 Lakh per annum (based on qualifications & experience)
✔ Contract Duration: 5 years (extendable annually based on performance)
