I watched this video completely and I have faced the exact same issue. When entering New Bongaigaon Railway Station, even if you stop for less than a minute without turning off the engine—just opening the door to let a friend or family member drop off—you are forced to pay for parking as soon as you arrive.

If parking fees must be collected, it should follow a proper system that specifies how long a vehicle can stay before a fee applies, or clearly state whether parking is required immediately upon entry. There is no signage explaining this so that people can understand. Everyone is willing to pay for parking, but the system needs to be fixed.

Regardless, I would request our honorable MP Phani Bhusan sir and Bongaigaon MLA ma'am to kindly look into this matter, and also request the Railway Department. If this continues, it causes great inconvenience for common people.
