This violator should be identidied and arrested by Harwan Police Station. Request Commissioner SMC to help Police identifythe culprit who brought all the Wedding Waste to this spot for dumping - This is Srinagar Harwan Road near Arabal Chanpora Ward No 1 - If Police will not arrest or file case now these violations will continue- This is time to take stringent action.

I also appeal people to make plants in advance for waste disposal. Please segregate waste during weddings and if you need any help in that i can provide technical persons who can help segregate food waste and plastic waste- Pl watsapp me on 9419019288- The rice waste can be dumped safely and plastic waste can be further segregated to take out recyclable items.

We need to learn these basic things now- Roads or Streams are not meant for waste dumping- You are commiting a crime and this area Harwan had dedicated SMC vehicle , how dare this waste has been dumped on a roadside ? Shameful

Ladies were served Lunch first during a wedding today in our area. Otherwise there is a trend to serve food to Gents first especially in Srinagar & parts of Ganderbal, Budgam, Pulwama which many feel is not good. But some say due to logistical reasons Gents are served food first . There are some areas where women are served lunch first - can you name those areas in comment box ? What is your opinion about this ?
