2. Interior works on turnkey basis:-
We do undertake interior work on turnkey basis for large commercial building,
offices, call centers, multiplexes, bungalows, villasetc. Our expert team of
management personally takes care of esthetically and tastefully, conceived and
executed interior work with rich specification. Our interior work is done keeping in
mind the international standard and latest trends in the global scenario.

3. Project Management and Consultancy (PMC):
CIPL is also in the field of project management and consultancy for large scale
projects where specialized agency are required to achieve the quality parameters
along with time bound construction schedule. Our role is to help our client, to plan
their resources, materials, cash flows, and getting the delivery from the construction
company as per the requirement of the client. PMC work is taken on certain
percentage of the total cost of the project depending upon the quantum of the work.

4. Steel Structure & Pre-Engineering Building (PEB):
We have recently engaged our self in pre-engineered building (PEB). Biggest
advantage of this kind of building is that during a short span of time we can
complete the construction work and start our activity and we can relocate the
same in future if required to do so. And it has a very high amount of recoverable
value when we scrap it. So this is a growing concept in construction industry and
having a great business venture in the recent time to come.
