Shri Mithilesh Mishra, IPS, I.G. Prison & Correctional Services, here is talking about how they have started with initial stages of making a database of sexual offenders, to further track traffickers. Mr. Mishra emphasized the need for database for better policing. We need to make reports about the whole procedures and the victims as well as the criminals so that we can study the patterns. While quoting the recent example of the Human chain which was made recently in Bihar he said that "we need another human chain in real to make the scenario change against human trafficking"..
