After many decades of the Cheetahs going extinct in India, the 'Action Plan for Introduction of Cheetah in India’ has proved to be an important initiative to restore balance in the ecosystem.

Interactive webinar on World Water Day
World Water Day, held on 22 March every year since 1993, focuses on the importance of freshwater. This 2022, the focus is groundwater, an invisible resource with an impact visible everywhere.
In this context, SPA ENVIS RP alongwith Sulabh ENVIS RP and CPCB ENVIS RP has jointly organised an interactive webinar session highlighting the theme for this year's World Water Day. The webinar will be organised today from 04:00PM-05:00 PM.

Air Quality Index is a tool for effective communication of air quality status to people in terms, which are easy to understand. It transforms complex air quality data of various pollutants into a single number (index value), nomenclature and colour.
