Good afternoon... I have 3 connections from Akasi, With my first connection, I was very satisfied, that is why I took 2 more connections which belong to my office area.. But, sorry to say I am highly dissatisfied with the services which I am getting from Akasi now a days, because I am not getting any... As, internet is a necessity now a days, so its really difficult when you don't get services for which you have been paying.. We have told at the time of purchase that our issues will get resolved within 2 hrs.. But, my complaint has been registered to them from 24 March, 2022 5:21 PM, and still I am waiting for resolution. Its been 21 hours now.... As I have told earlier, its my office location, so even half n hr without internet is like loss of so many clients. When we are paying full amount, then why services are getting declining day by day.. Kindly be patient with customers... And be there on time... I was highly disappointed, that's why wrote this post...
Akasi network team has committed to me for new connection. Later on they are refusing to me and saying that our cost will be high to give connection at your places. It is totally not acceptable for me. I am thinking to filed case against his team and Akasi network private company.
