Res Publican Law Society is a vision which gradually crystallized and acquired the shape of a movement towards promoting various social issues.
A society well accepted. 'Res' means things; 'Publican' means 'of the people. Res Publican Law Society is a self explanatory name, which is commonly called RPLS, which is a Society registered in Delhi in 2005. As the vision of RPLS made its first appearance in a remote Bihar village, it would very shortly open up its Bihar Chapter.
Operating as usual
Mr. Suri was one of the Patron to RPLS. His willingness and readiness to participate in all big and small function of RPLS was praiseworthy. Last year, I was in touch with him due to some professional work. He will always be missed by RPLS and me personally.
On behalf of RPLS, I express my condolence to the bereaved family.

India is killed by her intricate caste system and, none else but the system viz the Executive, Legislature & the Judiciary is to be blamed for it. The Indian Constitution makers introduced the provision for time bound reservation but, the respected judiciary and the executive made it an indelible provision qua the Constitution Amendment. Caste or Class, all is camouflaged. The present government, the protagonist of securing Lord Ram's birth place, spreads hatred but does not do away with the caste based reservation both in education as well as government jobs. Long ago, merit was forced to take a back seat.
Long live Mother India, with the caste venom of your daughters and sons.
This is Bihar. Sasaram is the place where Sher Shah Suri breathed his last. Sher Shah Tomb, the adjoining gardens and a huge library is not to be missed. Indian Railways has been generous to allow its platform at Sasaram Jn. to be used as a Coaching class for coaching the civil services aspirants. Proud to be a Bihari. Know it as you do, in Bihar, there has been only one industry which never closed down and, can never close down, i.e. the Education Industry. RPLS [Res Publican Law Society ( Regd.) ] carries the tradition of Continuing Legal Education qua its lecture ever since its inception in 2004. Good Day.

Sad news.
Chandan Mitra, Ex M.P., Rajya Sabha, Editor, Pioneer & also Patron to RPLS passes away at 65.
May God grant peace to the departed soul.
Chandan Mitra was one of the founder Patron to RPLS and print work, banner etc. was done by his Pioneer office. Chandan gladly accepted RPLS invitation and was a Speaker in few seminars including seminar on Reservation for Women in Judiciary (2010), Land Acquisition Laws (2013), National Judicial Commission Act, (2015). His pet line was, " Kumud, I will come but don't ask me to speak'
