Today is the last date for submission of Bar Council of Delhi Icard form, if you have not applied till today then please apply through online.

Documents Required:
1. One Passport Size Photo

2. Self Attested copy of Aadhaar Card

3. Self Attested copy of Enrolment Certificate.

4. Self Attested copy of COP (Certificate of Practice) if applicable.

NOTE: LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION IS 31/05/2023

Situation for judgement:
A is the husband who is earning 2 lakh per month
B is a wife who is also earning 50 thousand per month.
B got a interim maintenance order from dv case for 30 thousand per month, after that the issue was settled down in mediation centre and both were agreed to take a mutual divorce and withdraw all cases including domestic violence act without liberty to refile.
Thereafter, B withdraw the dv case from concerned court, but not appear on the day of second motion. And filed a application before DV judge for reopen the criminal case.
Issue:
1. Will the court dismiss the application on the ground of NO LIBERTY WAS THERE FOR REFILING.
2. Will the court dismiss the application on the ground that "B have to introduce new cause of action before the court"
3. Will the court dismiss the application on the ground that "the MM/JM does not have right to reopen the case in same cause of action"
4. Will the court dismiss the application on the ground because there is no provision in CRPC to reopen the criminal case as it already settled and withdraw
5. Will the court dismiss the application on the ground that " wife is earning sufficient money"

The Supreme Court of India in the exercise of its Appellate Jurisdiction in Civil Appeal No. 10084 of 2016 (Arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 9132 of 2015) made an important pronouncement in the case of Hiral P Harsora and ors Vs. Kusum Narottamdas Harsora & ors. has removed the words ‘adult male’ in Section 2(q) of The Protection of women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005
