Conservation Education Centre - ABWLS, Delhi Conservation Education Centre helps you to understand more about the living world. CEC Delhi was set up in 2005 at Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary.

The project initiated by Delhi Government was implemented by Bombay Natural History Society in collaboration with Department of Forest and Wildlife, Delhi. The Centre focuses on bringing awareness about preserving nature through nature trails and other conservation oriented activities. The main activities in which one can get involved are day visits, AV shows, celebration of eco-days, green birthd

ays, birthday events, nature camps and an array of other public events. About Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary:
Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary is an emerald in the crown of India's Capital. It came into existence in 1991, and acts as a green lung and carbon sink to the city and its suburbs. The vegetation falls under Northern Tropical Thorn Forest type. Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary is rich in faunal components represented by diverse species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and an array of invertebrates. Bio-geographically, the sanctuary falls in the Aravalli hill ranges, which represent one of the ancient landforms of the world.
