"Sir, I don't have money to come to Delhi, please send it to Padmashree post" - No common person to say this, but Odisha's famous folk poet Haldhar Nag. The simplicity of Haldhar Nag, who got Padmashree for his contribution to the field of literature in 2016, made the whole country think.

White wash, towel, vest and barefoot when he arrived to seek respect from President Pranav Mukherjee, every eye stopped. This example of poverty, conflict and meditation came out from Bargarh district of Odisha. At 10 years old, left studying after losing parents, washed dishes in Dhaba, became chefs in school and ran a small stationery shop.

But didn't stop writing. First poem published in 1990 and then composed 20 epic poems in Kosli language, which they still remember.

This story tells that true wealth is the power of words, the practice of memory, and the creativity of grounded. Haldhar Nag has proved that poverty never becomes the limit of talent.
