সবিনয় নিবেদন এই যে, সরকারি ঘোষণা ও নির্ধারিত যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী আমি অন্নপূর্ণা যোজনার একজন যোগ্য সুবিধাভোগী। আমি সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করেছি এবং আমার দেওয়া সমস্ত তথ্য ও নথিপত্র সঠিক ও বৈধ।
কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের বিষয়, এই প্রকল্পের অধীনে আমি এখনও পর্যন্ত আর্থিক সহায়তার টাকা পাইনি। আমি একজন প্রকৃত ও যোগ্য সুবিধাভোগী এবং আমার আবেদনে কোনো ভুল তথ্য বা অসঙ্গতি নেই।
অতএব, আপনার নিকট বিনীত আবেদন, আমার আবেদনপত্র ও সুবিধাভোগী সংক্রান্ত তথ্য পুনরায় যাচাই করার অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি। সেই সঙ্গে সরকারি নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী আমার প্রাপ্য বকেয়া আর্থিক সহায়তার টাকা আমার ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করার অনুরোধ করছি।
