On August 27, 2026, Team FSW, Barpeta conducted a food safety and nutrition awareness program at Bitartari L.P. School and Bhakatpara L.P. School. The session educated students, teachers, and Mid-Day Meal workers on safe food handling, hygiene standards, and essential nutrition to promote healthier growth and overall well-being for children.

A food safety awareness and sampling drive was conducted on 28/08/26 at New Market Area, Hojai along with the FSW Team and 77 nos. samples of sweets and milk products were collected for analysis. FBOs were instructed to follow GHP and other sanitary measures, not to use newspapers on food and maintain personal cleanliness while handling food. RUCO samples were also tested.
