Registration Eligibility, required documents, and statutory benefits:
Registration Eligibility
A. MGNREGA/VB-Gram-G worker
B. Construction worker’s GREEF
C.Department’s worker/staff (without regular/WC).
Required Documents:
1. For APST Workers : Aadhaar Card, Bank account front page, E-Shram Card, Election card, MGNREGA or VB-Gram-G card, & Two recent passport-size photo.
2. For Non-APST Workers: Aadhaar Card, Inner Line Permit (ILP), Bank account front page, Election card, Concern certificate from DDO, E-Shram Card & Two recent passport-size photo.
Statutory Benefits
1. Maternity benifits under rule 273-Rs1,000/-enchanced to 6,000/-
2. Funeral assistance Under rule 279-Rs1000/- enhanced to 10,000/-
3. Normal death benefit under rule 280-Rs 50,000/- enhanced to Rs 2,00,000/-
4. Accidental death benefit under rule 280-Rs 1,00,000/- enhanced to Rs 4,00,000/-
5. Marriage Assistance under rule 284-Rs 10,000/-
(outside state)₹15,000 (within state).
6.Medical assistance Under rule 282-As per rule 282 financial assistance Rs 2000/-for first 5(five) days hospitalization+Rs 100/-each for remaining days of hospitalization subject to maximum of rs 15,000/-
7. Financial incentive for children of registered workers rule 281 (i) and (ii),
(I) National level medal winners:
a. Gold medal -Rs 30,000/-,
b. Silver Medal -Rs 20,000/-,
c.Bronze medal -Rs 15,000/-,
(ii) state level medal winners :
a.Gold Medal -Rs 15,000/-,
b. Silver Medal -Rs 10,000/-,
c. Bronze medal -Rs 8,000/-
8. Education assistance Under rule 283 - can apply after completion of second years from date of registration by BoC worker.
1. Name of course M.phil/ph.d -Rs 50,000/- within state/outside state
2. MA/M.COM/M.SC/MBBS/B.SC/BSVSC&AH/BHMS/BDS/B.E/B.Tech/LLB/B.ed/B.sc(AGRI/Horti/Forestry)/B.pharm/BPT etc.- Rs 40,000/- outside state and Rs 30,000/- for within state
3. B.A/B.Sc/B.com/GNM,etc -Rs 30,000/- for outside state and Rs 20,000 for within state
4. Diploma/ANM/DiET etc -Rs 20,000 for outside state and Rs 15,000/- for within state
