Restructure civil service salary scales to match private sector benchmarks, removing the economic incentives for administrative bribery.

Urban Transit Prioritisation

Scale up public transport infrastructure to lower traffic congestion and vehicular emissions.

Introduce direct tax rebates, credits, and municipal incentives for citizens who routinely walk, cycle, or utilize public transport networks.

Aggressive Civic Cleansing & Citizen Policing

Impose heavy monetary fines for public littering, spitting, urination, and vandalism.

Build state-of-the-art public restrooms in urban & rural clusters funded through dedicated corporate CSR pipelines.

Launch a decentralized "Citizen Policing" digital framework enabling bystanders to securely document civic offenses via time-stamped, geotagged photographs.

Implement a multi-claimant bounty system where verified citizen reporters share a portion of the penalty revenue recovered from the offender.

Equitable Banking & Debt Relief Policy

Restructure banking regulations to prohibit corporate conglomerates from accessing sweeping public debt or loan waivers.

Restrict all state-backed loan waivers strictly to grassroots smallholders, micro-enterprises, and low-income MSMEs.

Pillar 5: Radical Social Equity, Meritocracy, & Democratic Eligibility

The Political Qualification & Training Mandate

Legislate a mandatory 2-year (4-semester) professional certification course for all political aspirants prior to filing election nominations.

Define a rigorous core curriculum including Constitutional Law, Public Policy, Macroeconomics, International Relations, Governance, and Rhetoric.

Establish a completely autonomous, centralized academic institute—operating independently of the executive government—to manage syllabi and administer heavily secured, digitally monitored examinations.

Implement an absolute 3-attempt limit for the certification exams; candidates failing to pass will be legally barred from public candidacy and restricted to internal party administration.

Universal Social Representation

Enact an absolute 50% reservation for women across political, spiritual, ecclesiastical, corporate, and public institutional governance structures.

Comprehensive Protection & Empowerment
Fast-track all judicial proceedings relating to gender-based violence, sexual assault, and domestic abuse.

Transition to Economic Meritocracy

Restructure the public reservation system by shifting criteria from religious and caste-based demarcations to objective socioeconomic income thresholds.

Level the competitive playing field to eliminate communal friction while securing equal educational and career growth for every economically vulnerable family.

The Baruipur & other Horrors that have shook the safety of 50% population: A Grim Mirror to India's Systemic Failure

By Parvathi Haritsa
Founder President
Prajaahriday National Party unregistered

A horrific crime has shattered West Bengal's socio-political landscape. In Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, an innocent 11-year-old girl—unaware of the fractures of our world—was lured, human trafficked to a hotelier, subjected to a brutal gang r**e, shuffled across hidden locations, and ultimately murdered. This stomach-churning tragedy is not an isolated crime; it is the manifestation of a broken law-and-order apparatus and a culture of impunity.

The cruelty did not end with the crime. The public stands shocked following the active intervention of local BJP worker Shantanu Mandal, who allegedly used political leverage to pressure authorities and protect culprits associated with the ruling national party. When political executives turn into shield-bearers for ra**sts and murderers, the state stops functioning as a protector and transforms into an oppressor.

This tragic event triggers an immediate, systemic question: At what point will society cease to view women as mere political tags, collateral damage, or submissive property, and instead respect them as sovereign individuals with absolute rights to bodily autonomy and consent?

The Shocking Mathematical Asymmetry of Gender Violence

To fully comprehend the structural crisis facing Indian women, one must look beyond political rhetoric and study the severe statistical imbalance that defines our criminal landscape.

According to definitive records from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), the statistical ratio of crimes committed against women versus those committed against men by women is heavily lopsided.

Metric / Category
Crimes Against Women (per Annum)

Crimes Against Men by Women

Structural Reality & Ratios

Volumetric Scale Over 445,000+ registered cases annually nationwide.

Statistically negligible / underreporting of minor domestic cross-complaints.

Women endure over 98% of all gender-targeted violent crimes in India.

Primary Offenses (R**e/Assault)

31,000+ reported r**es per year (approx. 86-90 daily).

Close to 0% in statutory terms under existing gender-focused laws.

R**e and physical mutilation are used as weapons of structural patriarchy and social dominance.

Dowry Deaths & Mutilations

6,500 to 7,000 documented deaths annually.

Non-existent category.

Fatal violence is systematically used to enforce financial and social compliance.

This mathematical asymmetry proves that crimes like r**e, mutilation, and dowry deaths are not random acts of lawlessness. They are calculated mechanisms used to assert gender authority and suppress women who refuse to bow to patriarchal control.

The Evolution of Numbness: Desensitisation Post-2020

For many, the breaking point of India's social fabric occurred after 2020. The weaponisation of religious and majoritarian symbols has deeply desensitised the public conscience. Horror stories that once shook the nation’s foundation are now reduced to daily headlines, easily ignored by a public numbed by state-sponsored polarization.

The political environment has deteriorated to a degree where a victim's access to justice depends entirely on her identity. When a victim belongs to a minority community, justice is often delayed, denied, or deliberately derailed. This forces us to ask a difficult question: Is this how citizens are to be labeled, segregated, and targeted in modern India?

Holding Power Accountable: Restoring the Balance of Power

The current establishment forgets a fundamental political reality: Women constitute nearly 50% of the total voting electorate. The political mandates enjoyed by today's leaders are built on the votes of women. Yet, the system leaves those very voters vulnerable to predation.

West Bengal continues to face political instability following deep controversies over state leadership, competitive polarization, and administrative failures. In this environment, women's safety has become a secondary concern. As a new political alternative, our party rejects this dynamic completely. We demand an immediate end to the political mismanagement of power and insist on full accountability from state and judicial authorities.

A Radical Paradigm Shift: Our Strategic Commitments

We refuse to watch women be treated as victims (Abhalas). To level the playing field and dismantle state-sponsored misogyny, our party pledges to fight for three structural reforms:

The Right to Bear Arms for Self-Defense: When the state's security apparatus breaks down, women must be legally empowered to protect themselves. We advocate for streamlined, priority licensing for women to access self-defense tools and non-lethal or lethal arms under strict regulatory oversight.

Prioritising the Innocent Over the Predator: The law must accept that a woman’s life is sacred. The state must be willing to defend her safety, even if it requires using ultimate force against an active ra**st, abuser, or attacker.

Complete Spiritual, Social, and Political Equality: We champion the complete integration of women into every level of leadership. Women must have the right to serve as political heads, spiritual leaders, and householders, equipped with full knowledge and equal authority to use historical and spiritual traditions to their benefit.

Conclusion: A Call to Action

Sign our petition urging the government for policy changes for stricter & effective women's safety laws in India.

Indian Women's right to stricter laws for women's safety and to bear arms for self defence

An Open Letter to the Prime Minister of India

To,

The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India,
Narendra Modiji,
Prime Minister's Office,
South Block, Raisina Hill,
New Delhi – 110011.

Subject: Representation regarding governance reforms and institutional autonomy of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust

Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji,

We, the members of the Prajaahriday National Party (unregistered), write this formal representation to urge your esteemed office to initiate structural reforms in the management of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. To ensure the institutional sanctity, spiritual purity, and long-term autonomy of this historic institution, we respectfully submit the following proposals for your immediate consideration:

Restructuring under Spiritual Leadership:

Dissolve the current layout of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and reconstitute it under the direct stewardship of the four revered Shankaracharyas. As the foundational spiritual heads of Sanatan Dharma, the Jagadgurus possess the ultimate ecclesiastical authority to govern prominent places of worship.

Separation of Religion and Politics: Ensure that no active or former members associated with political entities, including the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or socio-political organisations like the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), hold administrative or trustee positions. This separation is vital to insulate the temple from political controversies and maintain its status purely as a center of faith.

Gender Representation and Transparency: Mandate that at least 50% of the newly formed administrative committee comprises women. Increasing female representation will enhance administrative transparency, particularly in financial oversight, governance, and the management of temple offerings (hundi).

Institutional Governance by Spiritual Bodies: Establish a permanent policy framework ensuring that Hindu temples are managed exclusively by traditional spiritual organisations rather than socio-political bodies.

We firmly believe these measures will preserve the sanctity of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir for future generations and reinforce public trust in its administration. Thank you for your time and consideration of this vital matter.

With the highest Regards,

Yours faithfully,

The Illusion of Fair Play: Reclaiming Democracy from BJP's Roadside Goonda-ism

By Parvathi Haritsa
Founder President Prajaahriday National Party (unregistered).

The fundamental promise of a democracy is a level playing field. Elections are meant to be a fair contest of ideas, service, and vision. However, the current political landscape under the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has shattered this promise, replacing constitutional governance with coercive tactics and administrative manipulation. If we are to safeguard our democratic future, we must confront these realities head-on and implement systemic reforms.

The Breakdown of Democratic Institutions

Our modern opposition faces an ecosystem where institutional fairness has been severely compromised. We are witnessing an era where state machinery is routinely weaponised:

The Coercion of Dissent: The threat of administrative action, including the demolition of properties without due process or proper warrants, is used to silence critics and opponents.

Electoral Integrity Concerns: Repeated questions surrounding Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), vote tally discrepancies, and the timing of public tragedies ahead of crucial elections have eroded public trust in the sanctity of the ballot.

The "Washing Machine" Phenomenon: The selective application of anti-corruption investigations creates a clear pattern. Opposition members facing serious allegations are targeted by central agencies, only to see those charges effectively disappear or stall the moment they defect to the ruling party.

Dismantling Opposition Through "Operation Lotus"

Political management has degenerated into predatory engineering. Strategies like "Operation Lotus" represent a systemic assault on the mandate of the voter. By leveraging central agencies, investigative pressure, and financial inducements, the ruling dispensation systematically hollows out opposition strength. This is not democratic competition; it is a calculated effort to eliminate dissent and enforce a single-party hegemony through brute political force.

The Solution: Mandating Full-Term Accountability

To counter this culture of party-hopping and engineered defections, our party proposes a structural legislative reform: mandating that elected candidates must serve their full term under the party banner through which they were elected.

Political parties invest immense resources, time, and ideological credibility into fielding a candidate. More importantly, voters cast their ballots based on that party’s platform. When a candidate switches sides mid-term, they betray both their party and their electorate.

By legally binding candidates to their elected mandate for the entirety of the term, we can:

Negate Party Hopping: Eliminate the financial and political incentives for engineered defections.

Protect the Voter's Choice: Ensure that the mandate given by the public cannot be bought or bartered.

Restore Political Accountability: Force representatives to focus on governance and constituent service rather than seeking the highest political bidder.

Reclaiming the Rule of Law

What we see today is not democracy; it is institutionalised high-handedness. True governance relies on fair play, respect for opposition, and adherence to the rule of law. Our upcoming political movement through Prajaahriday National Party stands as a direct challenge to these authoritarian tactics. We invite every citizen who believes in genuine democratic principles, institutional integrity, and clean politics to join us in restoring faith in our nation's system.

The Receipts of Subversion: How the Verdict is Stolen

The ruling party’s strategy relies on two distinct mechanisms: the "Stick" of manufactured defections (Operation Lotus) and the "Carrot" of legal immunity (The Washing Machine). This is how democracy has been systematically dismantled across India:

1. "Operation Lotus" and the Engineered Fall of State Governments

When the voter rejects the BJP at the ballot box, the party relies on administrative and financial engineering to reverse the mandate:

The Karnataka Political Crisis (2019): After failing to secure a majority in the 2018 assembly elections, the BJP orchestrated the mass resignation of 17 MLAs from the ruling Congress-JD(S) coalition. These MLAs were sequestered in a luxury hotel in Mumbai, the government fell, and the defectors were promptly rewarded with BJP tickets and ministerial births.

The Madhya Pradesh Toppling (2020): In the middle of a looming global pandemic, the elected Congress government under Kamal Nath was deliberately destabilised. A senior leader was induced to jump ship, taking 22 MLAs with him. The public health crisis was sidelined to facilitate a mid-pandemic power grab.

The Maharashtra Splits (2022-2023): In one of the most brazen displays of political maneuvering, the BJP utilised central agencies to split the Shiv Sena. They backed a rebel faction led by Eknath Shinde to topple the ruling coalition. A year later, they applied the exact same formula to split the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) to further cement their hold on power.

2. The Institutionalised "Washing Machine"

The selective application of anti-corruption probes by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has turned constitutional bodies into a private political laundry mat. A comprehensive media investigation by The Indian Express revealed that out of 25 major opposition leaders facing serious corruption probes who crossed over to the BJP since 2014, 23 received a complete reprieve.

Their cases were either abruptly closed, filed away in cold storage, or the investigations slowed to an absolute halt the moment they wore the saffron scarf. Notable examples of this selective amnesia include:

Himanta Biswa Sarma (Assam): Heavily targeted by the BJP over alleged corruption scandals while he was in the Congress, his legal troubles effectively vanished after he switched allegiances. He was subsequently elevated to Chief Minister.

Ajit Pawar (Maharashtra): Explicitly accused by top BJP leadership of being involved in a ₹70,000 crore irrigation scam. Days after he broke the opposition alliance and allied with the BJP, the Economic Offences Wing closed key aspects of the investigation.

Suvendu Adhikari (West Bengal): Plastered across national television in connection with the Narada sting operation while in the TMC. Once he jumped to the BJP, the urgency of the central probe faded entirely.

Why Our Alternative is Mandatory

These historical precedents show that the current regime (and given a chance, any other future regimes) views elections not as a final verdict, but as a preliminary negotiation. Corruption is not being fought; it is being leveraged as a recruitment tool.

Our proposed law to mandate full-term candidate accountability directly targets this structural flaw. If an elected representative wants to cross the aisle, they must finish their current term under their party, resign their seat by the end of their term, return to the electorate, and seek a fresh mandate under their new banner. We must shut down the marketplace of democracy.
