Summer tips for my friends.
* Drink more water in summer.
* Try to stay indoor during afternoon
time.
* If it is compulsory to go out during
day time cover your head with cap
or turben.
* Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
* Try to go for a walk in the morning.
* Wet a handkerchief with cold water
and try to wipe your face now and
then.

The results of the 10th class examinations have been announced. Likewise, the Intermediate results have also been released. Congratulations to the students who scored good marks. Some students have received lower marks. For such students, parents should offer encouragement. Friends should also support and comfort them.
When children are naturally feeling sad, we should avoid saying words that make them feel worse. Otherwise, there is a risk that they may take extreme steps. Life is very valuable. Examinations are only a part of life. Without losing confidence, if they try again, there is definitely a chance of achieving good marks.

Avoid moving around in hot☀ sun.
If you want to move around in hot sun cover your head and take drinking water with you.
👨👩👦👧🔰🔰Children must stay indoors and read books during day time.
