The 𝕃𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 ℂ𝕝𝕦𝕓 𝕠𝕗 𝕀𝕞𝕡𝕙𝕒𝕝 𝔾𝕝𝕠𝕓𝕒𝕝 extends its heartiest congratulations to the newly elected leadership for the Lionistic Year 2026–27:𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐚 on her election as District Governor, 𝑳𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒂𝒓 𝑹𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 as First Vice District Governor, and Lion 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐢 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 as Second Vice District Governor.

Their election is a clear reflection of the immense trust and confidence reposed in them by the members of District 322D. We are certain that under their dynamic and visionary stewardship, our district will continue to flourish in unity, strength, and dedicated service.

Furthermore, the Club wishes to place on record its deep appreciation for 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢, our esteemed District Governor for the year 2025–26. We salute his exemplary action and selfless service throughout his term and look forward to his continued guidance and leadership until the conclusion of his successful tenure.

Imphal, Jan 4:
As part of the Lions International District 322D – Week of Service on Hunger, a community service programme titled “Distribution of Cooked Meals” was successfully organized on Sunday morning at Khwiramband Ima Keithel.
The initiative was jointly carried out by Lions Club of Imphal Valley, Imphal Valley NextGen, Imphal Global, and Imphal North under the theme “One Multiple One Activity.” The programme aimed at extending support to working labourers, Safai Karamcharies, and street vendors, many of whom begin their work early in the day.
750+ Cooked meals were distributed from 7:30 am onwards, benefiting a large number of people from the informal working sector. The service activity reflected the Lions Clubs’ commitment to addressing hunger and serving humanity in line with the organization’s motto, “We Serve.”
Members of the participating Lions Clubs actively took part in the programme, emphasizing compassion, dignity, and collective responsibility towards society’s underprivileged sections.

Lions Clubs Conduct “Diabetes Awareness & Detection” Camp in Observance of World Diabetes Day 2025
In alignment with the One District One Activity initiative and the global observance of World Diabetes Day 2025, the Lions Clubs of Imphal Valley, Imphal Valley NextGen, Imphal Global, Imphal North, and Imphal Northern Hemisphere, under District 322D, jointly organized a comprehensive “Diabetes Awareness & Detection” programme.
The free health camp was held at Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Achanbigei, Imphal East, on 30th November 2025 (Sunday) from 9:00 AM onwards. The event received an encouraging
response, with more than 80 individuals from the surrounding communities benefiting from screening and diagnostic services.
A team of three qualified doctors, supported by dedicated staff nurses and ASHA workers of Ayushman Arogya Mandir, facilitated the programme. The initiative emphasized early detection of diabetes, awareness on preventive and lifestyle measures, and the importance of routine medical check-ups to reduce diabetes-related risks. The Lions Clubs extend their sincere gratitude to the medical professionals, ASHA workers, and volunteers for their invaluable contributions to the successful conduct of this community service programme. Lions District 322D reaffirms its continued commitment to promoting
public health, awareness, and community wellbeing through sustained service initiatives.
Under the leadership of Lion Prof. Nongmaithem Romi Singh, PMJF, GMT District Coordinator – I, a Super Mega Health Camp is scheduled to be held on 7th December 2025 at Ima Keithel, Imphal.
The camp will involve more than 10 doctors from various medical specialties, supported by over 30 medical staff, offering a wide range of free diagnostic, preventive, and consultative health services. This large-scale health initiative aims to reach the maximum number of beneficiaries, particularly women vendors of Ima Keithel and the general public.

Dear Members,
This is a gentle reminder that all lottery ticket amounts must reach the President or Secretary by 3:00 PM on 30th November 2025. As the draw is scheduled for 4:00 PM the same day, any ticket for which payment is not received by the deadline will be treated as unpaid and invalid. If such a ticket is drawn as a winner, the prize will be considered void, and a redraw will be conducted.
We have already collected the prize amount; however, the fundraising has yielded very minimal profit. We kindly request all members to contribute sincerely to support the cause.

The Peace Poster Contest Award distribution ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and pride in the esteemed presence of our District Governor, Lion Lalit Kumar Kothari, PMJF; Immediate Past District Governor, Lion Th. Kesho Singh; and Region Chairperson, Lion Ksh. Ibotombi Singh of District 322D, Lions International.

The dignitaries joined us during the District Governor’s official visit today, 14th November 2025, at the Lions Service Centre near ISKON Temple, Imphal. Their inspiring words and gracious presence made the event even more meaningful as we celebrated the creativity, talent, and message of peace conveyed by our young artists.

A heartfelt congratulations to all the award winners, and sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this event a memorable success.
