At every Amrit_Sarovar site, States/UTs are leveraging the participation of freedom fighters, eldest members of the Panchayat, family members of Freedom Fighters and Martyrs, Padma Awardees, etc. for the purposes like laying of foundation stone, Commemorative plantation and all important activities.

So far, 1842 Freedom Fighters; 18637 Eldest Members of the panchayat, 448 Family Members of freedom fighters, 698 Family Members of Martyrs and 57 Padma Awardees have participated during the events conducted at AmritSarovar sites.
