পশ্চিমবঙ্গ দিবস উপলক্ষ্যে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সকল ভাই-বোনকে আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা জানাই।
ড° শ্যামাপ্রসাদ মুখোপাধ্যায় এবং তৎকালীন রাষ্ট্রবাদী নেতৃত্বের ঐতিহাসিক ভূমিকার ফলে এই দিনটি বাংলার ইতিহাসে এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সন্ধিক্ষণের স্মারক হয়ে রয়েছে। তাঁদের দূরদৃষ্টি ও দৃঢ় সংকল্পের ফলেই বাংলার একটি অংশ ভারতের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অঙ্গ হিসেবে রয়ে যায় এবং দেশভাগে সর্বস্ব হারানো অসংখ্য বাঙালির জন্য নিরাপত্তা ও আশ্রয়ের দ্বার উন্মুক্ত হয়।
দুর্ভাগ্যজনকভাবে, ভোটব্যাঙ্কের রাজনীতির স্বার্থে বামপন্থীরা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে এই দিনের ঐতিহাসিক তাৎপর্যকে আড়াল করে রেখেছিল। কিন্তু অসংখ্য বাঙালির ত্যাগ, সংগ্রাম ও আত্মবলিদানের মধ্য দিয়ে আজ বাংলার মানুষ ইতিহাসের এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অধ্যায়কে যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় স্মরণ ও স্বীকার করার সুযোগ পেয়েছেন।
মা কামাখ্যা ও মা দুর্গার চরণে প্রার্থনা করি, তিনি যেন বাংলার সেই প্রাচীন স্বর্ণযুগের নতুন রূপে পুনরাগমন ঘটান এবং রাজ্যকে শান্তি, সমৃদ্ধি ও প্রগতির আশীর্বাদে ভরিয়ে দেন।

This day marks a defining moment in India's history, shaped by the efforts of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and countless other Hindu nationalists, who ensured that a part of Bengal remained within the Indian Union and became a refuge for dispossessed Hindus during Partition.
For decades, the significance of this chapter was intentionally overlooked by the Left ecosystem in deference to their vote bank.
Today, the people of Bengal can rightfully acknowledge and take pride in this important part of their history.
May Maa Durga bless the State with peace, prosperity and renewed glory.
