Maa Nirmala Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. has Requirements of for Earthworks & Structural work, NHAI 4/6 Lane Road Project in Bihar & Jharkhand.

🔅Earthwork's Quantity- Total 40- 50 Lacs CUM. (5- 10 lacs Cum. will be given to a contractor.)
🔅Project Values- Approx Rs. 90 Crore with GST of only Earthwork & Approx Rs. 80 Crore with GST of only Structural work.

All Terms & Conditions Apply:

1. Contractor must possess this Machinery Required:
a) Excavator (220)- 2-4 Nos.
b) Hyvas (10 &12)- 10- 20 Nos.
c) Grader - 1 Nos.
d) Soil Compactor (Roller)- 1 Nos.
e) Watter Tanker- 1 Nos.
f) Diesel Tanker- 1 Nos.

2. Work Order - for 12 months by Maa Nirmala (L-2 Company)

3. Payment & Advance- Monthly Billing on 35 days every month from work starting date & Payments after 15-20 days/per month from Billing date, and No Advance, No Mobilization, etc. provide by Maa Nirmala.

4. Lead - Total 0- 10 Km. (Soil available from 2 KM.)

5. Payments- First 30+15 = 45 days after monthly payment.

6. Site Location- Sasaram, Rohtas (Bihar) and Ramgarh/Chatra (Jharkhand)

7. Rate- Rs. 115/- & 120/- per CUM (Bihar/Jharkhand) fixed for 3 K.M. lead with Compaction work, and above lead Rs. 10/- per CUM/Kilometre.

8. Work Scope: Cutting, Dumping, Grading & Companion complete.

9. Soil - Soil provided by our Company (Maa Nirmala) free of Cost, Working monthly Target- 1 Lacs CUM.

10. Diesel in Advance in Rate Rs. 96/per ltr. and be deducted in your Monthly Bill.

11. Structural work- Available in both types, with Material & without Material Rate.
