“OBITUARY & CONDOLENCE MESSAGE”

The All Sikkim Scheduled Tribe Welfare Council (ASSTWC) extends its deepest condolences and profound grief on the untimely demise of Late. Passang Tshering Lepcha, a resident of Ramgyathang, Yuksum Dupdi GPU, Yuksum Tashiding, West Sikkim.

Late. Passang Tshering Lepcha was a dedicated leader and prominent figure in the Citizen Action Party-Sikkim, where he contributed tirelessly to the cause of social justice, community welfare, and the upliftment of Scheduled Tribes in our state. His commitment to grassroots activism, and efforts to foster unity and progress among the indigenous communities of Sikkim will be fondly remembered.

The sudden loss of such a personality has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his family, friends, party colleagues, and the broader tribal community.

On behalf of the entire Citizen Action Party-Sikkim family, we convey our heartfelt sympathies to his bereaved family, relatives, and all those who mourn his passing. May the Almighty grant strength to his family to bear this immense loss with courage and fortitude.

We pray that the departed soul rests in eternal peace and finds a place among the enlightened ones. May his spirit continue to guide and bless the community he so dearly served.
