टेल्टा स्वाती HP गैस एजेंसी (सुबोध कुमार मिश्रा) ग्राहकों के साथ मनमानी कर रही है, लेकिन इस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है।
सबसे पहले, एजेंसी समय पर होम डिलीवरी नहीं करती। मैंने जब भी गैस सिलेंडर बुक किया, कभी भी मेरे घर डिलीवरी नहीं की गई। हर बार मुझे कहा जाता है कि एजेंसी से खुद आकर सिलेंडर ले जाइए।
इतना ही नहीं, खुद सिलेंडर लेने जाने के बाद भी मुझसे ₹90 अतिरिक्त लिए जाते हैं, जबकि सिलेंडर की कीमत पहले से तय होती है।
इसके अलावा, मुझसे KYC के नाम पर ₹236 भी लिए गए। एजेंसी ने कहा था कि अभी ₹236 जमा कर दीजिए, बाद में आपके बैंक खाते में ₹100 अतिरिक्त वापस आ जाएंगे। लेकिन आज तक मेरे खाते में वह राशि नहीं आई।
समझ में नहीं आता कि यह सब कैसे चल रहा है और इस पर कोई कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं हो रही है। एजेंसी लगभग हर ग्राहक से अतिरिक्त पैसे लेती है, इसलिए लोग सोचते हैं कि केवल उनसे ही नहीं बल्कि सभी से ऐसा किया जा रहा है। यह पूरी तरह गलत है।
कृपया इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करें, ताकि भविष्य में किसी भी ग्राहक के साथ इस प्रकार की मनमानी न हो।
