Eligibility:
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
1 – 4 years’ experience from CASA Sales
Fluency in the vernacular language and basic English communication is expected
Age up to 30 Yrs Max
Preferred Male but female candidates can be looked at with sales experience
2 Wheeler Must
Mode of Interview: Telephonic / Video Call.
Salary in CTC: 2.0 LPA To 4:00 LPA.
(Depending upon no of year relevant work experience & skills)
Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products – "CASA" through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Quality acquisition of casa.
2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer
3) Pe*******on of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers
4) Generate leads of the customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, emailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.
5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered
6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts
7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously
