The NPF Minority Wing Central held a consultative meeting on March 18, 2026, at Dimapur with the participation of office bearers from the Central Minority Wing and representatives from various divisions and assembly constituencies. Senior leaders including Shri Pusazo Luruo, Working President, Central NPF, and Shri N. R. Zeliang, Incharge of Minority Wing Central, addressed the gathering, emphasizing party principles, unity, and organizational discipline. The President of the Minority Wing Central, Shri Bishnu Bhattacharjee, appreciated the members for their continued support and active role in strengthening the party. Other speakers also highlighted the importance of collective efforts and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to inclusivity, equality, and respect for all communities.
During the meeting, the Minority Wing adopted key resolutions reaffirming its unwavering support to the Party President and Hon’ble Chief Minister, Dr. Neiphiu Rio, and the senior leadership of the Naga People’s Front. The members resolved to work closely with the party leadership to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level and to undertake an extensive outreach tour across minority-populated areas in Dimapur, Chümoukedima, Kohima, Mokokchung, Tuensang, and Peren districts. The Wing also committed to working in coordination with other frontal organizations and the central body, while adhering strictly to party directives and the constitution, with the broader aim of contributing meaningfully to state-building.
