𝗔 proud milestone for 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗧𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, has signed a landmark agreement with Airbus for the development, qualification, industrialisation and future supply of Titanium castings for the 𝗔𝟯𝟮𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼, 𝗔𝟯𝟯𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝟯𝟱𝟬 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀.

This is significant not only because of the aircraft programmes involved, but because of the depth of capability it represents.

Under this agreement, Aerolloy will manufacture these components through an integrated route - from Titanium material produced by Aerolloy, to precision casting, machining, inspection and delivery in a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

In global aerospace supply chains, these stages are often spread across different suppliers and locations. Bringing them together within one manufacturing environment supports stronger traceability, process control, quality consistency and supply-chain resilience.

We are deeply grateful to Airbus for the trust placed in Aerolloy and PTC Industries. Airbus’ commitment to working with Indian industry is helping strengthen a deeper aerospace supply-chain ecosystem in India - one that can support global aircraft programmes with quality, reliability and scale.

For Aerolloy, this is a major step deeper into the global commercial aerospace value chain.

For India, it is a strong example of 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 - advanced aerospace components manufactured in India, to global requirements, for aircraft programmes serving the world.

Recently, at the state-level distribution ceremony under the 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝗸𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘇𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗮 (𝗣𝗠𝗩𝗕𝗥𝗬) at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan, Lucknow, appointment letters were presented to first-time employees who have recently joined the formal workforce including new members of the PTC Industries and Aerolloy Technologies family.

The letters were handed over by 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗸, 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵, alongside senior dignitaries, in a programme organised by the EPFO Regional Office, Lucknow. The national event was addressed by 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶 from Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

As we build and scale India’s integrated titanium and superalloy ecosystem, we are equally committed to building the talent base that will sustain it, bringing young people into formal employment, extending social-security coverage, and developing the specialised skills required for aerospace-and defence-grade manufacturing.

Effective from 1 August 2025, PM-VBRY is a landmark initiative of the Ministry of Labour & Employment aimed at accelerating employment generation, enhancing employability and expanding formal workforce participation, with particular emphasis on manufacturing.

For us, this represents far more than a ceremonial milestone. It reflects a fundamental conviction: India’s strategic autonomy in aerospace and defence will be built not only through advanced furnaces, forging presses and manufacturing technologies, but through the knowledge, skill and commitment of the people who operate them.

Many women spend years managing budgets, supporting families, planning for children’s education, caring for parents, and making countless financial decisions every day.

Yet surprisingly, many of them are never formally taught how to build wealth, invest confidently, or plan our own financial future.

At PTC Industries and Aerolloy Technologies, we believe financial awareness is not just about money. It is about confidence, independence, and having the ability to make informed choices at every stage of life.

Last week, as part of our Women’s Network Initiative, we brought together women colleagues from across our organisation for a Financial Awareness Session at our Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Lucknow. 🌸

The discussions focused on practical aspects of personal finance that affect every working woman:

💰 Understanding our relationship with money and overcoming hesitation around financial conversations

🛡️ Building financial security through emergency funds, insurance, and risk planning

📈 Investing with confidence through disciplined long-term wealth creation

🔑 Making informed financial decisions across different life stages and responsibilities

What was particularly encouraging was the level of participation in the room. The questions were thoughtful, the conversations were candid, and there was a genuine eagerness to learn and take greater ownership of personal financial decisions.

At PTC and Aerolloy, creating opportunities for women goes beyond careers and workplaces. It also means helping build the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities that support long-term personal growth and financial independence.
