Delhi’s famous Chittaranjan Park (C.R Park also known as Mini-Kolkata), chose Mahishadal Rajbari as their Durga Puja theme this year. 🙏

Delhi’s C.R. Park is popularly known as mini Kolkata. Each year, Durga Puja here competes with Kolkata’s creativity, bringing a slice of Bengal to Delhi. This year, Bengal’s renowned Mahishadal Rajbari is being recreated at the C.R. Park Mela Ground.

The Mahishadal Rajbari, which stands in East Medinipur, is over a century old and is regarded as a unique architectural gem of Bengal.This year, the Mela Ground’s pandal will mirror the grandeur and aesthetic style of Mahishadal Rajbari, allowing visitors to witness a magnificent replica as a result of months of craftsmanship and planning.

The entire environment is meticulously monitored during the Puja, and the site will remain open for all devotees. The committee expressed hope that the Mahishadal Rajbari theme will provide devotees and visitors a unique experience at Chittaranjan Park that truly celebrates Bengal’s history and tradition.
