Dr. Sourav Bhuyan Sir, Assistant Director (Microbiology), NCDC, and Nimisha Bhuyan Madam, Assistant Director (Public Health), NCDC, visited Laharighat MH as the State Public Observer Team (SPOT) under NCDC, MoHFW.
The team, along with the District IDSP Team, reviewed public health services and disease surveillance activities and interacted with the field-level health staff for strengthening surveillance and public health response.

আজি মৰিগাঁও জিলাৰ আয়ুক্ত মহোদয়ৰ সভাপতিত্বত আজি এখন Child Death Review (CDR) সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভাত নটাকৈ শিশু মৃত্যুৰ ঘটনাৰ বিস্তৃত পৰ্যালোচনা কৰি মৃত্যুৰ কাৰণ, চিকিৎসা ব্যৱস্থা, সময়মতে ৰেফাৰেল, সেৱা প্ৰদানত থকা সম্ভাৱ্য ব্যৱধান আৰু ভৱিষ্যতে এনে ঘটনা প্ৰতিৰোধৰ বাবে গ্ৰহণ কৰিবলগীয়া সংশোধনমূলক ব্যৱস্থাসমূহৰ ওপৰত বিশদ আলোচনা কৰা হয়।

সভাত অতিৰিক্ত আয়ুক্তৰ লগতে JDHS, DPMU আৰু BPMU-ৰ বিষয়াবৰ্গ উপস্থিত থাকে। সভাত শিশু মৃত্যুৰ হাৰ হ্ৰাস কৰি প্ৰতিগৰাকী শিশুক সময়মতে মানসম্পন্ন স্বাস্থ্যসেৱা নিশ্চিত কৰাৰ লক্ষ্যৰে জিলা প্ৰশাসন আৰু স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগে সমন্বিতভাৱে কাম অব্যাহত ৰাখিছে।

Differentiated TB Care Day at MG Model Hospital, Bhurbandha

Differentiated TB Care Day was observed today, 20 August 2026, at MG Model Hospital, Bhurbandha, providing comprehensive and patient-centred care to TB patients.

SDM&HO,Bhurbandha Block , Dr Monika Bora; Deputy Superintendent,MG Model Hospital ,Bhurbandha Dr Chandra Singh Deuri; MO-TC Dr Ujjal Roy along with Staff Nurses and supporting staff, actively participated in the initiative. Nutritional Food Baskets were also provided to TB patients as part of the supportive care.

This initiative of observing a designated Differentiated TB Care Day has been taken up in Morigaon District, inspired by the PMSMA model, where a dedicated day is observed for comprehensive care of pregnant women.

A step towards strengthening patient-centred TB care, nutritional support and TB-Mukt Morigaon.
